Orders and Payments

Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns within 7 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Sage and Stone are not responsible for the return courier cost, return cost is at the customers expense.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at help@sageandstonejewellery.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions. Return cost will be at your own expense.
Custom or personalised items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at help@sageandstonejewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
