Our 18k gold pieces are crafted from solid yellow gold of the highest quality, ensuring they won't fade over time.

Our gold-plated pieces are made with plated sterling silver, so it’s natural for the plating to wear over time, as with all jewellery. However, we offer a complimentary re-plating service once during the lifetime of your piece, ensuring it stays beautiful for years to come.

Our sterling silver pieces may oxidize over time, a natural process that confirms the authenticity of true sterling silver. A simple polish will restore their original shine and make them look brand new again.

As with all fine jewellery, Sage and Stone pieces are at their best when handled and worn with love and care. We recommend storing your jewellery in the Sage and Stone box or soft pouch provided with your order when not in use.

To preserve the longevity of your jewellery, avoid wearing it while sleeping, swimming, showering, or during workouts. Since some of our stones are porous, it's important to keep them away from harsh chemicals and cleaning products.

We are not your average jeweller. Our pieces are made from scratch by hand with the finest materials on the planet. Orders of in-stock pieces are typically processed by our studio within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise specified on our product page.

For pre-order items or custom items, our standard timing for production is approximately 8-12 weeks, but if you need your piece for a special date, please let us know by leaving an instruction at checkout (or alternatively, e-mailing orders@rockandrawjewellery.com) and we will try our best to accommodate your request!
